Please read these terms of use carefully before using this site. By using this site, users declare their acceptance of and undertake to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. If one does not accept these terms, they are requested to refrain from using the site and the services of Pacific Northwest Transportation Services, Inc., d/b/a Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter.

This site is owned and managed by Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter. Material on premierairportshuttle.com, capair.com or on any other web site that is owned or controlled by Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter may only be used for the purposes for which it is made available or explicitly intended by Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter.

This material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, mailed, sent or distributed in any other way without our explicit permission.

It is also prohibited to use the above-mentioned material on any other web site or in any other network environment without our explicit permission.

The adaptation of this material, or its use for purposes other than those for which it is made available or intended, breaches Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter copyright and other proprietary rights. Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter declares that it holds exclusive and full proprietary rights to its website, and that it does not transfer these rights.

Customers and Users of our services are fully responsible for the use of all the material that they enter in our system. Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter can in no way be held liable if one or more of its clients and/or users in any way breaches or disrespects copyrights or abuses another party’s rights or protected products (i.e.: without obtaining reproduction rights!), or in general infringes upon legal or contractual provisions or generally accepted standards of due care.

Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter reserves the right, at all times and without stating reasons, to refuse to supply services to users or to remove user’s information from the system (including, but not limited to, cases involving pornographic material, breach of privacy, or illegal activities).

The details of a Customer’s registration are password protected, so that only the Customer and Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter have access to the Customer’s personal information and can view, remove, correct or cancel the details of the Customer’s registration.

All email addresses that Customers of our products and/or services use to login, as well as billing email addresses, must be valid and actively used. If not, Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter reserves the right, at all times, to refuse to supply services to these Customers or to remove their information from the system.

Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter offers no warranty of any kind on the products and services offered on this site, be it explicit, implicit, or regarding their suitability for a particular purpose. Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter does not guarantee that its materials will work continuously or without error, or that this site or the server hosting this site will be free of viruses or other harmful elements. Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter will, however, do its best to correct any errors in the program. Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter has the obligation to perform to the best of its ability to guarantee the workability of its website and corresponding services.

Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter makes no warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the content of this Site. The use of the Site is at your own risk. In no event will Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter or its affiliates be liable for any damages whether consequential, direct, incidental, indirect or otherwise arising from or connected with the use of the Site or any of its content.

Please be aware that while visiting our site users can follow links to other sites that are beyond our sphere of influence. Premier Airport Shuttle by Capital Aeroporter is not responsible for the content or operation of these other sites.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Reservations must be changed or cancelled more than 24 hours prior to pickup time to be considered for a refund.  If your reservation is not canceled more than 24 hours prior to pickup time – there may be applicable change and/or cancellation fees and reservations will then be non-refundable.  All No-Shows at pickup time are non-refundable.

• You must cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours prior to pickup to be considered for a refund. All refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No Refunds will be issued with less than 24 hours notice.

• If you need to cancel or change your reservation with less than 24 hours notice, you may be issued a partial credit for use on future travel within the next year. Credit will not be issued if your reservation is canceled less than 4 hours prior to pickup time.  Reservations booked with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for refund or credit if canceled.

• All children, who are required, must travel in an approved child safety seat in accordance with state law. Child safety seats  must be provided and installed by parents or guardians traveling with the child(ren). Child safety seats are not provided by Premier Airport Shuttle. Unaccompanied Minors, defined as passengers aged 15 to 17, may ride alone. Passengers aged 14 and under must travel with a parent or guardian.

• Each adult passenger is allowed two standard size bags in addition to one carry-on item. Each ticketed child passenger is allowed one standard size bag. A standard bag is to be defined as any bag or fully enclosed box with a maximum linear size of 62 inches (Length+Width+Height) and a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Example: (10″ + 20″ + 32″ = 62″) No single piece shall exceed a maximum length of 54″.  A carry-on item is to be defined as any small, handheld item that can be comfortably and safely held in the passenger’s lap or can be safely stored on the floor between the passengers feet without inconveniencing any passenger seated next to, in front of, or behind them. Baggage, luggage, boxes or items in excess of allowable amounts listed above will be counted and charged as an additional passenger fare. If the additional passenger fare charged, increases the total passenger fares paid to be more than 4 passengers, you will then be required to pay for Private Van Service – which does not include extra baggage charges. You must notify Premier Airport Shuttle Customer Service in advance regarding any excess baggage/items or your pickup may be cancelled and you will be charged for the service.

• Checked Baggage, luggage, boxes or items in excess of allowable amounts listed above will be counted and charged at an additional per baggage fee of at least $30 per additional bag.  You must notify Premier Airport Shuttle Customer Service in advance regarding any excess baggage/items or your pickup may be canceled at the time of service.

Exception Policy:

• If reservations must be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time, and do not qualify for refund, the value of the reservation may be eligible for a credit toward a future reservation. If a reservation is made with less than 24 hours notice before pickup, and then cancelled, it will not be eligible for a refund.
• Reservations must be changed or cancelled at least 3 hours prior to scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full or partial credit value and will then be saved to your “Customer Profile”.
• New travel must be completed within 12 months of original travel date to utilize the credit.
• A fare difference may apply to your new future reservation when utilizing the saved credit, due to increased fares or different pickup or dropoff locations.
